    • elevé essentials Structured Protein is a Whey & Soy protein blend designed to support daily nutrition with a more balanced protein profile.
  • Why combine Whey and Soy Protein?
    • Whey protein is known for faster absorption, which soy protein provides a more sustained release - together, they support a more structured approach to protein intake. 
  • How much protein is in each serving?
    • Each 35g serving provides 21g of protein, with 20 servings per 700g pouch
  • Will the protein powder make me bulky?
    • No. Protein supports recovery and helps you meet daily nutritional needs. Muscle gain depends on your overall training, nutrition and calorie intake.
  • Is the product lab tested?
    • Yes. Each batch is supported by laboratory analysis and quality assurance for consistency and safety.
  • Where is the protein powder manufactured?
    • Manufactured in Malaysia at a facility compliant with GMP, HACCP, ISO and Halal standards.

  • When should I consume the protein powder?
    • You may take it after training, between meals or anytime when you consider that your daily protein intake is insufficient. Consistency matters more than timing.
  • Is this product suitable for beginners starting to work out?
    • Yes. elevé essentials is designed for every individual, whether you are just starting out or already training consistently.
  • What does it taste like?
    • Dark Chocolate is calibrated to be rich and smooth, without being overly sweet.
  • Does it contain allergens?
    • Yes. This product contains milk (whey) and soy
    • Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchase if you have any known sensitivities.
  • How should I store the product?
    • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and reseal the pouch properly after each use.

 

3. Orders & Returns

  • Can I return or refund my purchase?
    • No. Due to the nature of consumable products, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
  • What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
    • Yes. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by letting us know your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.
  • Can I request a refund if I do not like the taste?
    • No. Taste preference varies, and we do not offer refunds based on taste or texture.
  • Can I return the product if it has been opened?
    • No. Opened products are strictly non-returnable to preserve hygiene and product integrity.
  • How long do I have to report an issue?
    • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assess and address the identified issue promptly.
